Key Responsibilities
Lead operational excellence
- Design, implement and continuously improve processes and systems that underpin operational success across logistics, IT, facilities, and procurement.
- Evaluate and optimise business procedures to drive efficiency, scalability and alignment with company strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans and actions.
- Monitor and analyse business performance through KPIs, dashboards and reports.
- Use data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement, and act on them proactively.
- Partner with all departments to streamline ways of working and support high performance.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships internally and externally – from customers to suppliers to third-party partners.
- Oversee supplier and vendor management, including contracts and service levels.
- Manage and coach a multi-functional operations team with clarity, care, and a focus on growth.
- Inspire a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Keep us on the right side of legal, regulatory and policy requirements.
- Review and update policies, driving awareness and adoption across the business.
- Embed sustainability into day-to-day operations – ensuring social, environmental and community impact are part of every decision.
