As we enter a new phase of rapid global growth, we are seeking a Finance Associate to manage the financial ledgers, process financial transactions, analyse financial variances and budgets.  
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
• Accurately input and update financial records into accounting software, including invoices, receipts, payroll and other transactions.
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring they are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Monitor and maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Support financial audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Monitor and report on financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct variance reporting to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Engage in special projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
