Bringing Our Culture to Life 

• Be a creative force behind our team activities and social events - from organising thoughtful surprise moments to our quarterly company wide events that bring the team together. As part of this you will work closely with our great EA team 
• Run wellness initiatives that help our team thrive - whether that's organizing fitness challenges that get everyone moving, bringing in experts for lunch-and-learns or setting up peer support networks. We want someone who understands that wellness isn't one-size-fits-all and can create programs that resonate with different people in different ways
• Create and coordinate celebrations that make everyone feel seen and valued - whether that's celebrating team birthdays, marking cultural festivities throughout the year, celebrating team wins both big and small, or finding creative ways to include our remote teammates in every moment. You'll be the person who remembers the little details that make celebrations special and ensures everyone can participate in their own way

Help us find incredible people 

• Support our recruitment activities, partner with managers to help find the right people and keep our hiring process running smoothly ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain the recruitment pipeline and assist managers with recruitment planning, processes, and advisory support

 
Supporting Our People Every Step of the Way 

• Be the go-to person for employees, answering their questions and making sure they have everything they need to thrive at work. Whether it’s explaining policies or just being a friendly presence, you’ll help create a workplace where people feel valued
• Help navigate any challenges that come up, ensuring concerns are handled with care, fairness, and in line with our company values. 
• Make every stage of the employee journey smooth and engaging— from onboarding new team members and celebrating probation milestones to ensuring a thoughtful and supportive exit process

 
Helping Our Team Grow and Develop 

• Bring learning to life by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development opportunities that inspire growth. You’ll help make sure our team has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
• Be the bridge between employees and the tools that help them grow, guiding them through our training platforms and making learning easy, accessible, and enjoyable
