Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion
- Maximise Revenue and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive net revenue retention (NRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR), supporting both the growth of our accounts and clients’ sustainability ambitions.
- Identify and Capture Opportunities: Use your expertise in sustainability to uncover and act on new opportunities within existing accounts, helping clients achieve their goals while establishing long-term revenue streams.
- Deliver Tangible Value: Ensure clients realise clear ROI from our biodiversity solutions, empowering them to improve supply chain practices and advance their leadership in sustainability.
- Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with agricultural supply chain clients, focusing on how biodiversity solutions help them address their sustainability challenges and meet key objectives.
- Drive Client Success: Engage with clients regularly to align our solutions with their sustainability objectives, enhance their supply chain practices, and deliver meaningful, positive outcomes for their business.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction: Monitor and improve client loyalty and satisfaction by tailoring solutions to meet their evolving needs, using insights to drive operational and product improvements.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to add value to client operations through additional services, ensuring these align with their goals and support broader sustainability efforts.
- Ensure Seamless Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects within accounts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while meeting client expectations.
- Maximise Account Potential: Develop a deep understanding of client structures and decision-making processes to identify opportunities for further collaboration, including expanding biodiversity initiatives across additional business units or regions.
- Expand Market Presence: Leverage your knowledge of agricultural supply chains to position NatureMetrics as a trusted partner, driving dialogue about how biodiversity data can improve supply chain sustainability.
- Utilise Industry Knowledge: Apply your understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, TNFD, ISSB) to support clients in navigating compliance challenges, delivering better outcomes through biodiversity solutions.
- Advocate for Our Solutions: Represent NatureMetrics at industry events, showcasing how our tools can help clients overcome challenges and achieve measurable progress towards their sustainability goals.
