As an Account Manager focused on the mining sector, your objective is to leverage your deep sector expertise to drive account growth and adoption of our biodiversity solutions on a global scale. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing the use of nature data as a critical component in business decision-making, helping our clients integrate these insights to achieve sustainable and profitable outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with a track record of delivering measurable client value within the ESG space. Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
- Maximize Revenue and Growth: Achieve significant increases in account revenue and client base expansion by implementing strategies that drive net revenue retention (NRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Seize Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, converting them into long-term revenue streams.
- Deliver Measurable Value: Ensure clients realize clear and compelling ROI from our solutions, helping them become best-in-class in their respective sectors
- Build Strong Client Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, essential when driving adoption of new and innovative technologies.
- Drive Client Success: Regularly engage with clients to ensure their objectives are met, resulting in long-term retention and growth of accounts.
- Enhance Client Sentiment: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, feeding insights back into the wider business to inform future product and operational development
- Increase Account Value: Identify and execute on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, increasing the overall value of each account.
- Ensure Seamless Delivery: Oversee the delivery of all projects within key accounts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Optimize Account Potential: Understand client structures and decision-making processes to unlock further business opportunities.
- Expand Market Reach: Leverage your sector expertise to expand our presence within the mining industry, and drive forward the conversation around nature-based solutions
- Leverage Industry Knowledge: Use your deep understanding of the mining sector and broader regulatory landscape to drive client success and position our solutions as critical to their operations.
- Promote Our Solutions: Act as an advocate for our tools within industry circles, driving broader adoption and recognition within the sector.
